End of April saw another nineteen Interns celebrating their successful conclusion of the Internship Programme. They had started their sojourn at the Scottish Parliament in February and worked with MSPs for ten weeks. Their research projects ranged from land reform to health policies, anti-social behaviour legislation, drug policy, sports, energy efficiency and justice issues. For the MSPs, Elaine Smith (Labour), Margo MacDonald (Independent) and Rob Gibson (SNP) praised the contribution of the interns and attested that they had made a very favourable impression at the Parliament.
