This year marks the 20th anniversary of the Claim of Right for Scotland which was signed on 30 March 1989. The University of Edinburgh and the Scottish Government invite you to this seminar to discuss the sovereignty of the people as set out in the Claim of Right and to explore how sovereignty is expressed and exercised by the people of Scotland.
