EPOP will be hosting events on Oct 28 and Nov 4 to discuss the forthcoming American election.

On October 28 we will hold a roundtable to discuss the US election campaign.  Participants include:

Elizabeth Bomberg (Politics & IR)
Meryl Kenny (Politics & IR)
Robert Mason (History)
Betsy Super (Politics & IR)

The event, which takes place at 4pm in seminar room 5 (basement) of the Chrystal Macmillan building, will be followed by a wine reception.  Please contact the event organiser, EPOP postgraduate convenor Betsy Super, if you require further details. 

On Nov 4 we will cohost, with Canadian Studies, a seminar by Steven Wolinetz (Memorial University of Newfoundland) on

"Canadian and American Parties in Comparative Perspective: Is it time to go beyond North American exceptionalism" in rm G11, William Robertson building, 4:30pm-6:30pm.
